Two burglaries on Elmwood Avenue lead the Maplewood Police blotter this week:
August 25, 2014; Burglary; During the daytime entry was made to a home on Elmwood Ave. Nothing was reported missing at the time of the report.
August 25, 2014; Burglary; Sometime over the previous three days, an office within a building on Durand Rd was forcibly entered. Nothing was reported missing at the time of the report.
August 26, 2014; Burglary to Porch; At approximately 6:45 PM a 14 year old juvenile from Irvington was arrested after stealing a bicycle from and enclosed porch.
August 27, 2014; Burglary; During the overnight hours an Elmwood Ave residence was found to have a window open and a purse missing from under the window.
August 30, 2014; Bicycle Theft; A bicycle left outside a store on Irvington Ave was stolen at approximately 11:45 Pm.
