Have books you would like to donate? Here’s your chance. In preparation for the Maplewood Fall Library Book Sale at Maplewood Memorial Library Main Branch, donations are being accepted through November 15 at certain specified times (see below).
Donations can be brought to the door to the right of the main entrance behind the flagpole. No textbooks, encyclopedias, magazines or mildewed books accepted.
The Friends of the Maplewood Library Fall Book Sale will be on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday, Nov. 23 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday is Bag Day: buy a bag (provided by the Friends) for $8.00 and fill it up! (Enter via the parking lot on Sunday.)
The sale features great bargains on Fiction, Nonfiction, Paperbacks, Books on Tape & CD, DVDs & Videos, records and cassettes.
Here is the weekly donation schedule:
Saturdays: 10 a.m. – Noon and 2-4 p.m.
Mondays: 10 a.m. – Noon
Wednesdays: 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Thursdays: 2-4 p.m.
