MayFest Is Coming May 25

First posted May 15, 2014.

It started as small event with a few tables in Maplecrest Park in 2002. Now it’s a mainstay on the community calendar.

MayFest — the Springfield Avenue Partnership’s signature event — is back Sunday, May 25 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The event includes food, crafts, children’s activities, plus live local bands, a DJ and radio station 101.5  on three stages throughout the day. This year’s music is being sponsored by Fringe Salon and PSE&G.

Find stage locations and the performance schedule here.

For the little ones, MayFest provides a petting zoo, kiddie train, inflatable rides, and other fun activities.  More than 120 vendors and civic associations will be on hand. Local restaurants and cafes and street fair food vendors will offer food and drink for purchase.

Giveaways and Drawings

Woolley Fuel Oil is providing the opportunity to win a Beats headphone set for those who enter online here. You will need to drop off the entry form at the Springfield Avenue Booth during the festival.
