From Risa Olinsky of FreeWalkers:
Each year FreeWalkers hosts the Gobble Gobble Hike and selects a local cause to support. This holiday, the South Mountain YMCA will be the recipient of money raised. There is no obligation to donate, the hike is free, however we hope you will support this cause. You can bring checks or cash to the hike or donate on line.
The Gobble Gobble Hike is November 26 from 10:15am to roughly 1:15pm. Click here for more information.
Meet at the South Mountain Reservation near the Dog Park gazebo and look for the FreeWalkers banner. Children with guardians and dogs on leash welcome.
The South Mountain YMCA needs your help to provide important opportunities for EVERY child in our community. Gifts of all level are greatly appreciated. Their programs, camps and services are designed to engage children, youth and teens and help them develop the values, skills and confidence they will need to succeed as adults. The South Mountain YMCA is a cause driven charitable organization that believes everyone, regardless of age, income or background, should be enriched by the YMCA. When you give a gift to the Y, you partner with us to improve the health of individuals and the communities in which we live and work. Thank you for helping us fulfill the YMCA Mission of youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

When donating to the YMCA, please indicate Jacqui Hunter as your ‘storyteller’. Thank you!
