Stress out by taxes? The YMCA is hosting a FREE stress reduction program, featuring some terrific local instructors in mindfulness meditation, tai chi, and yoga. The program starts this coming Tuesday, April 19 from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at the Civic House in Memorial Park with a class on mindfulness meditation, taught by Jean Vitrano.
Additional classes run the following three Tuesdays. Tai chi by Richard Mullen will follow on April 26, then vinyasa yoga by Stephen Hudson of Shakti Yoga on May 3, and then mindfulness meditation by Jean again on May 10th (all classes are at the same time & place).
All are welcome and the program is free, just rsvp at firstname.lastname@example.org as space is limited. Rsvp for any or all sessions.
