7th Annual Robo-CATastrophe Robotics Tournament
January 27, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Columbia High School Robotics Club will host at least 20 teams from across New Jersey. Opening ceremonies begin at 10 am and matches run throughout the day, with a break for lunch. Closing ceremonies will conclude at 5 pm. Children are encouraged to attend.
With 2 playing fields, there will be plenty of robot action throughout the day in the South Orange Middle School gym. Spectators are encouraged to check out the team tables in the cafeteria to see the robots up close and to speak with team members. Refreshments will be available for purchase at the concession stand in the cafeteria.
CHS Robotics Club is holding a food drive to help re-stock local food pantries, and will have a table in the cafeteria to receive donations. Attendees are asked to bring feminine supplies, personal health care items, and non-perishable food.
