Blood pressure and blood glucose screening

The Maplewood Health Department and the Maplewood Library System is promoting blood pressure and blood glucose screening through the Overlook medical Center Community Outreach Van. Blood pressure and blood glucose screening is FREE and open to the public. Educational materials and individual counseling are also provided. The Overlook van will be in front of the Hilton Branch Library on 1688 Springfield Ave on the following Thursdays: July 14, August 18, and September 15 from 1-3 pm. Additional charge of $10 if HbA1c screening is requested. For an appointment call (800) 247-9580 however drop-ins are also welcome.
