Caretakers Event at Town Hall

January 22, 2015 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

free

meeting will be held on Thursday, January 22 at 7 p.m. at Maplewood Town Hall in connection with the Township-supported Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return program. Furry Hearts Rescue, which has implemented the program, is seeking responsible caretakers to help manage Maplewood’s free-roaming cat colonies. In return, we will help residents trap, neuter/spay and vaccinate cats within the identified colony, implement and maintain a daily feeding schedule, and set up and maintain proper housing. Those interested can join our Caretaker Meeting on Thursday, January 22 at 7 p.m. at Maplewood Town Hall. We have the support of the Township in our program to reduce our town’s feral cat population. Furry Hearts Rescue is a Maplewood-based organization. With the support of Maplewood Township, we have implemented a Trap/Neuter/Vaccinate/Return program to reduce the town’s feral cat population. We are a part of the Coalition for Animals (501C3) and are committed to the humane treatment of animals.
