Help change the life of a vulnerable child by becoming a CASA Volunteer Advocate. There are nearly 1,500 children in Essex County’s foster care system waiting for you to speak up for them. Learn how CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Volunteer Advocates speak up for Essex County’s abused and neglected children.
