Congregation Beth El Hosts Nate Fish, Team Israel of the World Baseball Classic

On Sunday, November 19, Congregation Beth El in South Orange will host a presentation from American-Israeli baseball star Nate Fish. The event will begin with lunch at 12:00pm, followed by the presentation.
Fish’s presentation is entitled, “Holy Land Hardball: Representing Israel on the World Stage Playing America’s Pastime.” He will share his experience trying to bring American culture and sports to Israeli society and also what it was like to represent the State of Israel on the national stage in the world of sports.
There is $5.00 per person charge for lunch, and reservations can be made online here.
