Conversations on Race

In honor of the Community Coalition’s 20th Anniversary, we are bringing race relations expert Dr. Beverly Daniel Tatum back to the community to revisit the topic about which she spoke to us nearly 20 years ago. Dr. Tatum is a clinical psychologist, professor and most recently retired as President of Spelman College. She is author of Can We Talk About Race? And Other Conversations in an Era of School Resegregation; Why Are All the Black Kids Sitting Together in the Cafeteria? and Assimilation Blues: Black Families in a White Community.
