Visit Downtown Millburn with the ghosts and goblins on Monday, October 31st for the annual Pre School Trick or Treat. Merchants are welcoming trick-or-treaters with small treats on Halloween from 12pm to 2pm. Look for the orange flyers in participating store windows!
