Figuring Out Food Labels

Program offered by the Community Health Department and the Diabetes Center at overlook Medical Center. Food labels are your nutritional map to creating healthy food choices. This interactive lecture will journey through each aspect of the food/ nutrition label, aiming to better inform your food choices and serving sizes.
