Greenwood Gardens Hosts Trip to a “Magical Holiday Experience”

Greenwood Gardens invites you to join them on Monday, November 30, as they host a bus trip to renowned Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA where guests will enjoy the world famous gardens transformed by 500,000 lights into a magical holiday experience. A comfortable touring bus will leave Greenwood Gardens at 11:30 am. A snack will be provided and a holiday luncheon while at Longwood Gardens. The bus will return to Greenwood by 7:30 pm.
The Outdoor Air Theater Fountains will entrance visitors with their colorful “dancing” to holiday music. Giant trees will be dressed for the season in thousands of tiny lights and water features become a “twinkling world of wonder”.
Inside Longwood’s 4-acre heated Conservatory thousands of beautiful and colorful seasonal plants, including poinsettias, amaryllis, lilies, begonias, cyclamen, and hydrangea will delight the senses. Throughout the Conservatory guests will encounter elegantly decorated trees, some reaching as high as 22-feet.
Advance registration is required for this holiday getaway. Tickets are $150 for Greenwood Gardens members; $165 non-members. Seating is limited so register today on our website, greenwoodgardens.org, or by phoning 973-258-4026.
