Haitian Flag Day Celebration
Presented in collaboration with Lanbi Center/Sant Kominote LANBI
Guest speaker Dr. Frantz-Antoine Leconte will help us to ponder the current state and the future of Haiti in his talk Is Haiti Failing Its Future?
Free and open to all. Children are welcome.

Dr. Leconte was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and migrated to the USA as a child. His passion for Haitian literature fostered his commitment to promote French, Francophone, and Haitian culture through the City University of New York. He is currently a professor of French Literature at Kingsborough Community College.
