Health and Wellness Lecture: Caregiver Overload

Caregiver overload occurs when the tasks that are required to care for a loved one build up to the point of being too stressful. The danger of taking on too much as a care partner or family caregiver is that the caregivers’ health and well-being is at risk. Please join us as members of the Saint Barnabas Medical Center Transitions of Care team will discuss the common stressors associated with caregiving and what you can do to help alleviate it.
