Does your family like to tinker and experiment? Then come to the Main Library for some family fun with science! Working with the Maplewood Green Team for Green Week, we will learn about plants and the Earth by growing our own bean sprout in a recycled CD case. During the month of April, the Maplewood Green Team will be sponsoring Green Month, a month’s worth of programs promoting environmental awareness and action. The library will be playing our part during Green Week, April 13-April 18 with programming geared towards kids and families. Check out our Green Week program available in the Children’s Room for a full listing of events as well as an activity sheet for you to complete to win some great prizes!
