Hudson Valley Autumn: CIA & Val-Kill

Join our lively group as we head to the Hudson Valley. Our first stop will be the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), where we’ll enjoy a tour followed by a fabulous three-course lunch in the school’s Ristorante Caterina de Medici. After lunch we will stop at the nearby Walkway over the Hudson where we’ll enjoy extraordinary views of the Hudson Valley in its full fall glory. We will end the day with a docent-led tour of Val-Kill Cottage, Eleanor Roosevelt’s personal retreat on the Hyde Park estate. Registration deadline: Sept. 25.
