Maplewood Flu Clinic

Open to all residents of Maplewood, 18 years of age and older, $20 per person.  Flu vaccine is free for Maplewood residents, 65 years of age and older and those under 65 years of age with Medicare and Medicaid.   Walk-ins are welcome.
