Maplewood Township Flu Clinics, October 24th and October 27th, 2018

Maplewood Township is offering flu clinics on Wednesday October 24th from 10 AM -12 PM and Saturday, October 27th from 12 PM-2 PM.
LOCATION: Maplewood Municipal Building, 574 Valley St., Large Committee Room
$20.00 for all residents, 18 years to 64 years of age.
Flu shot is FREE to all Maplewood residents, 65 years and older and FREE to all residents 18 and over who are on Medicare and Medicaid (proof of age, program participation and proof of residency are required).
Walk-ins are welcome.
