Maundy Thursday Communion & Tenebrae Service at Prospect

Prospect Presbyterian Church will offer a
Maundy Thursday Communion & Tennebrae Service on April 2 at 7:30 PM
The first half of this service is in remembrance of the last supper and to celebrate communion. The Tenebrae Service will then use light and darkness to help experience the pain and suffering of Jesus on the cross. As each of the seven last words of Jesus is spoken, the church will gradually be darkened and all the colors and decorations from the church will be removed. The service ends in darkness to the should of the hammering of nails.
