Mindfulness & The Winter

$25.00For some of us, the winter months can take a toll on our spirit. Join us to refresh our use of mindfulness practices and other reflective tools to “water the positive seeds” as teacher Thich Nhat Hanh might say. With the support of others, we can tap into our inner light, our sense of connectedness and presence, and to what gives us meaning and purpose so that we can flourish in these winter months. There will be periods of meditation and guided reflective exercises. The class will end with a guided body relaxation meditation. Jean will create a welcoming, warm, and safe atmosphere.
