NETA, a non-profit fitness professional association offering nationally-recognized certification workshops is offeringa Body Weight Training course at The Connection in Summit this November. This course is for fitness instructors looking to expand their class repertoire.
Body Weight Training: Body Weight Training is a great option to elevate your level of fitness with little to no equipment. Learn how to use your body to boost both cardiovascular and muscular fitness. Find new ways to incorporate body weight exercises into your current group fitness and personal training sessions to provide both results and variety to any workout. Class will be held on Saturday, November 14 from 8:00-1:00pm.
