New Edition, one of the music industry’s original boy bands of the 1980s, paved the way for New Kids on the Block, Boyz II Men and the Backstreet Boys. Over the years, the group included members Bobby Brown, Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins, Ronnie DeVoe, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill.
