Join Anne Grossman Sussman, a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor, as she teaches parents and caregivers how to fit this meaningful practice into our busy lives. Parents’ Circle is a monthly discussion group
open to all. We cover a range of topics in a supportive, non-judgmental space for parents/caregivers to share their experience, wisdom, and learn from one another.
Children ages 0-5 are welcome
