Speaking up about New Baby, New Emotions
This month’s guest speaker is Yvelisse Gonzalez MSW, LSW, Perinatal Mental Health Coordinator, from Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey.
Come and learn about your emotional well-being during pregnancy and after birth. Hear about ways to take care of yourself during the postpartum period and tips on self-care. Pregnant moms are welcome!
Parents’ Circle is a monthly discussion group open to all. We cover a range of topics
in a supportive, non-judgmental space for parents/caregivers to share their experience, wisdom, and learn from one another. Children ages 0-5 are welcome
