Sample the cuisine of Peru at the Peru Fusion Food & Pisco Festival on July 9 and 10/ The two day festival will take place at the Van Vleck House & Gardens in Montclair. You’ll enjoy a unique food experience with the best Peruvian chefs and mixologists in the United States.
This year’s festival will pay tribute to the diverse food of Peru and the different regions and traditional cultures. Famous chefs nationally and internationally will prepare dishes with one objective: showcasing the diverse flavors of Peru and its various regions: Pacific Coast, the Andes and the Rainforest.
