South Orange Symphony Free Family Concert

Join South Orange Symphony for a free fun family-oriented concert on Sunday, February 11 at 3 pm in the auditorium of South Orange Middle School, 70 N Ridgewood Road, South Orange. To celebrate Presidents’ Day, members of the South Orange Middle School Chorus, under the direction of Jake Ezzo, will perform some patriotic favorites with orchestral accompaniment. Another special guest, Holland Jancaitis, choir director and organist at Maplewood’s Morrow Church, will perform part of Camille Saint-Saens’ famous Organ Symphony. Other lively selections by Sousa, Chabrier, and Haydn are on the program. During intermission, a musical instrument petting zoo will be open for exploration, sponsored by Finlay + Gage Strings and Dillon Music.
