Start Your Holidays Right with Maplewood’s Dickens Village, Open Dec 2, 9 & 16
December 2, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Opening day will be December 2, when Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus arrive on a shiny red firetruck driven, not by reindeer, but by our own Maplewood firefighters. The Tree Lighting takes places at 4:30 p.m.
Each Saturday at Dickens Village will include real live reindeer, horse and wagon rides, and Jack’s Petting Farm. There will be singing groups, story hours and visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
The Strollers, Maplewood’s own theater company, will be caroling throughout Maplewood Village. Girl Scouts, Brownies and community volunteers will all participate to create this unique experience for our community.
