Suburban Trees and Their Challenges

Participants will travel by van with Peter P. Blanchard, III, founder and naturalist, to meet up with Tom Doty, Millburn Township’s forester, at locations in Millburn and Short Hills. Tom will share specific challenges facing trees in suburban environments. A visit to a few of the Township’s champion trees might also be in order.
