The Art of Negotiating With Confidence

On Wednesday April 15, Maplecrest Ford Lincoln on Springfield Avenue in Union will host its second Mustang Sally’s Now: Driving Women’s Leadership series workshop when Lissa J. Ferrell shares her basic tricks of give and take in negotiating life’s opportunities.

Ferrell will present “The Art of Negotiating With Confidence.” Ferrell brings her JD from from New York Law School and more than 20 years of executive leadership, including nearly a decade at American Express, to the Mustang Sally’s Now program. Ferrell is the “Brain in Chief” at LJF Consulting.

In an effort to empower women, Maplecrest Ford Lincoln (on Springfield Avenue in Union just before the ramp to Rte. 24) created Mustang Sally’s Now, a monthly series of workshops, speakers and panels designed to build a legacy of confidence and connections with other women.
Workshops take place from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln at 2800 Springfield Avenue.

Each Mustang Sally’s Now session focuses on professional skill building areas such as negotiation, financial skills and best communications practices.

While there is no charge for the workshops, attendees are invited to make a voluntary contribution to United Way of Northern NJ Women’s Leadership Council, a group dedicated to improving the lives of women and children in our communities.
