GAMES…UNPLUGGED
Thursday, December 29 Main Library 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
For ages 11-18
Chill out at the Library and play some money-themed board games like Pay Day, Monopoly, The Game of Life, The Allowance, Catan and more. There will be prizes and refreshments, and you can take part in a Thinking Money Exhibit scavenger hunt!
Maplewood Library is one of 50 US libraries (and the only NJ location) selected to present this museum-quality travelling exhibition. Through an adventure-themed storyline, interactive iPad content and other fun, hands-on activities, the exhibition explores a variety of financial themes for tweens, teens & adults in a way that is not only understandable, but fun.
Thinking Money was developed by the American Library Association Public Programs Office in collaboration with the FINRA Investor Education Foundation, whose support made this exhibition possible.
