United We Sing

Brush off your guitars! – UNITED WE SING at the Ethical Culture Society, the first dedicated Peace Site in New Jersey!
Sing-Out (and Write-In) for Democracy…Postcards will be provided for you to write to your elected officials re. your most burning issues.
With labor lawyer, Bennet Zurofsky, Director of the Solidarity Singers of NJ;    Lisa Novemsky, leader of Folk Fridays;  Ian Grodman, immigration attorney, speaker on Sanctuary Cities;   and Social activist installation artist, Anne Dushanko Dobek – Sooth Your Soul: fears, anxieties, secrets will be committed to paper then ceremonially burned at the end of the program.  Artist Florence Weisz’s Obamart Flag will be available as a fundraiser for the Ethical Culture Society. Bring a snack or beverage to share.
