Vanessa Pollock Realty Tax Event

The Vanessa Pollock Realty team is hosting a TAX EVENT on December 7th at 7pm at the Woodland.  For many homeowners in Maplewood and South Orange, property taxes will be increasing in 2017.  This event will provide our community the opportunity to have a frank discussion with a panel of experts about money-saving options that could help homeowners save money on a monthly basis.  Panelists include Tax Appeal Expert Craig Smith, Eagle Mortgage Lender Justin Messing (for refinance questions), Divine Energy Solutions (for utility bill savings), a representative from Appraisal Services Inc (who conducted the reassessments), a South Orange Township representative and Maplewood Mayor Victor DeLuca.
