Viva La France! Degas Exhibition at MoMA & Bistro Lunch

This day trip can be enjoyed on its own or in conjunction with art historian JANET MANDEL’s class on Degas (see course 008, page XX). On our journey to MoMA, Mandel will offer a preview of Edgar Degas: A Strange New Beauty and will also be available to answer questions after our docent-guided tour of the exhibition. In keeping with the French theme we will head to the quintessential French bistro La Bonne Soupe for a delectable soup and salad lunch (including dessert and drink). Following lunch we will head back to MoMA to explore the museum’s other exhibitions at our leisure. Registration deadline: Apr. 27.
