South Orange Village and designated groups will soon be able to use the Community Center on Valley and show movies on the exterior wall facing the Founders Park.

At a Halloween event the center’s doors were locked so no one could use restroom facilities. “It was a little embarrassing to have to explain that to people,” said the Founders Park Conservancy president. The Village said an agreement with the developers should come as soon as this week.
