Water Utility Town Hall: Newstead Water Sphere, Accountability & Regionalizing Infrastructure
Two more town halls are scheduled for Sept. 25 (virtual) and October 9 (at the Baird) ahead of the Nov. 5 referendum. New Jersey American Water has bid to buy the South Orange water utility.
