As SOMSD Heads Back to School, Key Administrative & Special Ed Positions Remain Unfilled
South Orange-Maplewood Schools reopen on Thursday, September 8 for the 2022-23 school year. For the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began, the district will be fully in-person and many pandemic restrictions will no longer be in place.
But SOMSD is beginning its new school year with some key administrative and special education positions either unfilled or occupied by people new to the role — or to the district.
