Support Small (Student) Business at Columbia High School’s First Flea Market

The following is from Chim Arungwa

On Thursday, March 16th from 6-8pm, Columbia High School seniors will be hosting the school’s first ever flea market.

The flea market was imagined as a way for the student body to show their talent and skills. While the public is welcome to attend and support the event, the vendors will all be CHS students. Items for sale will include clothing, artwork, and baked goods.

The market is being organized by Chim Arungwa, Alexis Brice, and Zaire Hancock. Said Arungwa, “The three of us are all seniors ready to make that next step in our lives. We figured, before we leave why not start a new tradition in Columbia.”

Individual registration to be a seller is $5 and is limited to 55 students. To register or to learn more, email [email protected] or [email protected].
