This year’s opening day softball/baseball parade and post-parade gathering in Memorial Park in Maplewood, scheduled for Saturday, April 26, has been canceled due to the forecast calling for a 95% chance of rain in the morning. Organizers say the parade will not be rescheduled because there are already games scheduled for all the upcoming weekends of the season.
