Board of Education candidates Donna Smith and Elissa Malespina held a campaign kickoff party this past Saturday in South Orange.
The two women are running together on a ticket for the South Orange-Maplewood Board of Education. Three seats are up for election each year; no incumbents are running.
Smith and Malespina are joined by four more contenders: Elizabeth Baker, Maureen Jones, Anthony Mazzocchi and Dr. Godwin Molokwu.
Village Green is working to profile all candidates and cover all campaign kickoff events.
