Sold! House Sales for September 17-23, 2014

From September 17-23, 2014, a total of 11 houses were sold in Maplewood, South Orange and Millburn, New Jersey.

Three were sold in Maplewood, two in Millburn (which includes Short Hills), and six were sold in South Orange.

This house on Woodland Road in Maplewood was listed for $575,000 but sold for $530,000.

Sale prices ranged from $201,000 for a 3-bedroom on Hillcrest Road in Maplewood to $2,350,000 for a 7-bedroom, 6600 sf “smart home” on Spencer Drive in Short Hills where all infrastructure “can be controlled from your phone.”

The sellers of the week were the folks on Radel Terrace in South Orange whose 3-bedroom was listed for $349,900 but sold for $380,000.

The buyers of the week were those who purchased that Spenser Drive home for $2,350,000, when it was listed for $2,488,000.
