Our November title is the novella The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka.
Traveling salesman Gregor Samsa wakes to find himself transformed into a large, insect-like creature. He becomes an object of disgrace to his family and an alienated man. Considered Kafka’s masterpiece, this work is a meditation on human feelings of inadequacy, guilt, and isolation.
