- June 14, 10:30 AM- 12 PM, Main Library, 51 Baker St.
All Adult Health Clinics are FREE and open to Maplewood residents. Services provided are Blood Pressure Screening, Medication Counseling, Carotid Bruit Assessment, Health and Nutrition Counseling and wellness support provided by Maplewood Health Department Public Health Nurse. Call Health Department to make an appointment. 973-762-8120, ext. 4200. Walk ins are welcome.
