Our December title is Mouths Don’t Speak by Katia D. Ulysse. After the 2010 Haiti earthquake presumably kills her parents, Jacqueline Florestant returns after 25 years. The Haiti she knew has disappeared, and her quest turns into a tornado of deception and desperation.
