Ah the Holidays! A great time to spend some time with your tiny tots with their eyes all aglow.
However, by Monday morning, December 26, you may be looking for a way to get out of the house and help the little ones burn off some energy. The South Mountain YMCA at 13 Jefferson Street in Maplewood has just the ticket: Family Free Play Week from 9-11:30 a.m. Monday, December 26 through Friday, December 30.
Family Free Play is open to the public: YMCA members and non-members are welcome. “It’s time out of the house to let your kids run around in the gym, build with big blue blocks, make arts & crafts and more,” said Kate Cestar Epstein of the Metro YMCA of the Oranges.
Plus, there will be plenty of complimentary coffee and tea for the parents.
