CHS journalism class

The district is one of the few in the state piloting an AP African-American studies class. Also, the high school’s lauded Journalism class has been restored to a full-year class that will count toward graduation.

Joshua Enyeart said any student choosing to take journalism must also take an additional ELA course if they want to graduate in four years. “My frustration with this is that it will severely limit student interest and enrollment.”
