The Millburn Police arrested a school district custodian Tuesday and charged him with three counts of sexual assault and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to reports.
Andrew J. Reilly, 28, of Union, was arrested July 15 after an investigation by police and the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, said a report from NorthJersey.com. Reilly was charged with allegedly exposing himself in view of a child younger than 13 on three occasions, the report said.
Reilly was taken into custody on $150,000 bail and transferred to the Essex County Correctional Facility, reports said. The investigation, which was launched when Millburn Middle School officials notified police, is ongoing.
