In other personnel news, Marshall School Principal Raquel Horn is being moved to special assignment ahead of her retirement in October. Laura Swyberius will be acting principal at Marshall.

The three candidates will be running together on a slate, per the Essex County Clerk’s Office. Election day is November 5.
