Home buyers use their visual sense more than any other in selecting a home for purchase. That’s why they are easily turned off by a home’s interior if they perceive it to be tired, old or just plain ugly. They equate these issues with “it needs a lot of work.” But that is not always the case.

If you can see through what’s right in front of you and envision what could be, you can end up getting much better value for the price. And that is what “The South Orange Do Over” video shows. One couple, a lot of vision, good resources and their house goes from boring to glamorous.
